Matt Rice is the President and Founder of Ablaze Ministries, where he works to develop creative and dynamic approaches to Catholic youth ministry. Matt and his wife Weslei live in Bryan, TX with their five children. At first, Matt was terrified of middle school youth, but now loves to minister to them and provide opportunities to draw them closer to Christ. On the side, Matt enjoys Monday night video games, swimming, and perfecting his beard.
Alyssa Trutter has been passionate about evangelization and youth ministry for over 10 years. Alyssa cohosts the radio show "Everyday Catholics," is an on-and-off Catholic blogger, and currently lives in Bryan, TX. Alyssa enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and drinking coffee. At Ablaze Ministries, Alyssa mentors and instructs youth ministers and oversees four different youth ministry programs.
Jennifer Stavinoha encountered Christ in the Eucharist at a Steubenville youth conference in 2005, and realized she wanted everyone in the world to know about Jesus and His love for them. Since then, Jennifer has worked within ministry and now coordinates campus ministry at St. Joseph's Catholic School in Bryan, TX. Jennifer lives in College Station, TX with her husband Jeremy, their newborn daughter Kateri, and their cat, Nugget.
Taylor Schroll jumped into ministry while in high school, and has since served the Church on campuses, retreats, and conferences. Taylor lives in Bryan, TX with his wife Samantha and their two children, Christopher and Magdalen. Taylor is a true extrovert, enjoys listening to Catholic podcasts, and is passionate about music ministry. At Ablaze Ministries, Taylor mentors youth ministers that work with middle school and high school youth.
